The Lupriflex Sportive Hunter Chainsaw Boots (Class 3) are the perfect choice for anyone looking for light weight + maximum protection. Compared to other cut protection boots on the market, these are extremely light: For example, a pair in size 42 (UK 8) weighs only 2,600 grams.

Special eyelets make lacing up a breeze. The sporty black and lime green design of the waterproof cut protection boot is anything but boring.

Put an end to the question: ‘Which cut protection class do I actually need?’, because it is suitable for all chainsaw speeds up to 28 metres/second.

The Lupriflex Sportive Hunter Class 3 boots are made from impregnated sanded leather with a waterproof membrane. The rubber rand provides all-round protection against stones and abrasion. Furthermore, the Sportive Hunter has a comfortable, wide tongue specially developed for forestry boots. Then there’s the polyurethane sole with a deep, five millimetre tread. And finally, there’s the specially designed centre bridge to provide firm grip on branches or trunks. With Cut Protection Class 3 / S3 these boots are certified in accordance with EN ISO 20345.

Maximum Cut Protection

  • The built-in cut protection material has been tested in accordance with EN ISO 17249 and fulfils cut protection class 3, which is the maximum protection against chainsaw cuts at a chain speed of up to 28 metres/second.

 

Optimum sole for forestry

  • The polyurethane sole has a 5 millimetre thick coarse tread. This keeps you safe on uneven terrain while the bridge in the centre (which has been specially developed for working in forestry) provides anti-slip support on tree trunks or branches is not a problem.

Water-Repellent Suede

  • With this type of suede, protection against moisture is practically built in. It has also been treated during production to retain its water-repellent characteristics for a long time. The advantages: It is breathable like normal leather, but dries faster and provides better heat regulation.
    Top Tip: Treat your chainsaw boots regularly with a waterproof spray to keep the suede and leather in top condition!

Debris Protection

  • There’s an emphasised edge of coated polyurethane which forms a transition between the sole and the suede leather. This means that sharp stones don’t stand a chance. The overcap on the toe provides additional protection.
