Description

The Mountfield 1538H SD Lawn Tractor is new for 2025. It’s compact and perfect for medium sizes areas with slopes.

It’s powered by the Stiga ST450 (432cc) Electric Start Petrol Engine and has a has a super smooth Hydrostatic Transmission System. This makes the 1538H SD just as easy to drive as an automatic car. Simply press the pedal to move forwards; the further you push it, the faster your go! No heavy clutch pedals to press or gears to change.

The 98cm (38″) Twin Blade Cutter Deck benefits from having 7 different cutting heights ranging from 25mm to 80mm. As a dedicated side-discharge machine this lawn tractor is excellent when you have to deal with fast grass growth. You could even choose to mulch the clippings using a mulching plug {sold separately}. When conditions are suitable you can finely chop your grass clippings and return them to the lawn without a trace. This also returns valuable nutrients to the soil.

*Tow Bar Included FREE OF CHARGE (worth £60)*

Backed by a 5 Year Warranty (subject to annual servicing), the Mountfield 1538H SD is a superb mower for medium-sized lawns with sloped areas, up to approx. 2 acres in size.
