Description

The Mountfield SP53 ELITE Petrol Mower is a “step up” from the great entry level “large” sized lawnmowers. It features large circumference (280mm) rear wheels which ensure a smooth finish even on uneven lawns. It’s also fitted with a unique “anti scalp plate” which provides a great finish, even on the lowest cutting heights.

ELITE versions are also powered by a reliable Honda GCVx170 (167cc) petrol engine making mowing an absolute pleasure. This powerful engine provides ample power to it’s 51cm (21″) cutting blade to produce a hard-working, dependable and easy to use mower.

The SP53 ELITE features a robust, dark grey steel chassis that certainly looks the part! It has a single lever to adjust cutting heights with 6 different positions to choose from. Grass clippings can be collected in the capacious 60-litre canvas grass bag. Furthermore, to save time and return nutrients to your lawn; simply fit the Mulching Plug (supplied with the mower) and clippings are finely cut and redistributed back onto the lawns surface as you mow.

In addition, this no-nonsense mower weighs in at just 32kg and features dual folding handles for quick and easy storage.
