Description

The Mountfield SP555R V is a high specification Rear Roller Petrol Mower with 51cm (21″) Cutting Width for maintaining a classic striped lawn.

It’s main feature is it’s Rear Roller that not only creates a classic striped finish, but will cut right over the edge of flower borders. The Rear Roller is also Self Propelled with variable speed drive. Just lift the lever on the handle bars to engage the drive and simply steer the mower! You can then select a speed that’s suitable to you (or the conditions you’re mowing). This premium drive system also incorporates a heavy duty gearbox with torque converter to provide smooth acceleration through a range of cutting speeds.

Thanks to it’s innovative Twinclip blade, it delivers a finish that’s almost as good as a cylinder mower. Its 4 cutting edges reduce grass length gradually putting less strain on the roots as it cuts. These finely chopped grass clippings are then packed into the large 80 litre grass collector. This typically leads to an increase in collecting performance of around 20%.

Finally, it’s powered by a Honda GCVx200 “AutoChoke” 201cc petrol engine which is easy to start, extremely powerful and reliable. There’s also 8 cutting heights from 18mm to 65mm which are adjusted using a single lever for the perfect finish.

Backed by a 5 Year Warranty. The SP555R V is a superb mower for any medium to large-sized lawns up to 60m x 60m in size.
