The Engine

Powered by the mighty Honda GXV690 688cc V-Twin 4-Stroke Petrol Engine. This engine provides reduced fuel consumption + reduced exhaust emissions + reduced vibrations for comfortable use.

The Transmission

The Stiga Estate 9102 WX features 4 Wheel Drive to power its way up slopes and across rough, muddy ground without slipping. It utilises it’s sizeable 20” rear-wheels to prevent turf damage on more delicate surfaces. This also provide smooth travel across adverse terrain. Coupled with a super smooth Hydrostatic Transmission. This provides variable speed control in forward and reverse from a single foot pedal. It’s as simple to drive as an automatic car! It also helps to prevent loss of traction in wetter conditions and enhances it’s fantastic climbing abilities. There’s even a “Cruise Control” system which sets your drive speed at the desired speed without even having to touch a pedal!

The Cutting System

The Estate 9102 WX is fitted with a 102cm (40″) “Reinforced” Twin Bladed Cutting Deck that has 3 cutting options: Collecting / Mulching / Rear-Discharge.  It offers an impressive 9 pre-set cutting heights from 25->100mm for optimum results on a wide range of grass conditions. There’s also 4 x Anti-Scalp Wheels which can be adjusted as required to help the deck follow contours of the land more effectively. Blade activation is at the push of a button thanks to its electromagnetic blade engagement system! It really couldn’t be simpler to operate!

In addition, the 9102 WX comes complete with a whopping 360 Litre Grass Collector for less stopping while mowing. It also comes with FREE Mulching Plug + Tow Bar (worth over £210)
