Description

The STIHL FSA 80 R is a Cordless Brushcutter (Kit 1) designed for tackling the toughest mowing conditions in your home garden. Most importantly, the FSA 80 R is battery powered for low noise ands emissions – so you won’t have to worry about disturbing any neighbours either!

1 x AK30 Battery + 1 x AL101 Charger

It’s fitted with a new style loop handle with a quick-mounting system. This means you can quickly adjust the handle to your height for an ergonomic working position. This handle also makes mowing  slopes, around trees or on uneven terrains even easier.

The FSA 80 R has a powerful brushless EC motor with speed-adjustment on the control handle. This can be set at 2 different speed settings: ECO mode (level 1) for simple tasks such as trimming lawn edges = lower energy consumption for extended battery life. Full Speed mode (level 2), for mowing thicker grasses, which will use more of the battery energy. It can work for up to 30 minutes (ECO mode) 20 minutes (Full Speed) with the AK 30 battery.

The Stihl FSA 80 R is supplied with a basic harness and the AutoCut 27-2 as standard, but can also be fitted with other STIHL cutting tools, such as the DuroCut 20-2, PolyCut 28-2 and GrassCut Blades.

The FSA80 R is also part of Stihl’s AK System of interchangeable batteries. AK batteries fit all tools in the AK range including the grass trimmer, blower, lawn mowers and chainsaws.

Furthermore, for peace of mind Stihl AK Systems are covered by a 2 Warranty (subject to terms & conditions).
