Description

The NEW Weibang Velocity 68 WFP Flail Mower (Wheeled). Suitable for Heavy Duty Commercial use where there is rough or overgrown land to maintain.

The Deck

With a 68cm / 27” cutting width, the flail drum carries 38 especially designed Y-Shaped Swing Blades for high cutting productivity in any condition. The mowing height can be easily adjust between 10mm to 90mm via a specially designed winder mechanism. There are no predefined settings allowing you to fine tune the height you require within millimeters. The heavy duty flail system will continue to pulverise its cuttings in to a mulch, spreading them evenly as it mows it way through fields or woodlands with ease.

As you would expect from such a heavy duty mower, the flail drum features commercial grade dual bearings to for reduced wear.

The Engine

The Velocity 68 WFP is powered by the commercial grade Weibang X400 (392cc) Petrol Engine. This powerful engine provides a very high torque output to consistently deliver the highest levels of performance.

The Transmission

For total control over the forwards movement, the Velocity 68 WFP is fitted with a patented Continuously Variable Transmission (CVT). This provides you with an infinitely variable drive speed from 0 to 6.1 km/h. Furthermore, it’s also suitable for use on slopes that are up to 25 degrees.

In addition, the Velocity 68 WFP has adjustable handle both horizontally and vertically for user comfort. This is also particularly useful when carrying out verge works allowing you to walk alongside the machine rather than on the slope. There is also a built in “Maintenance” position which allows you easy access to the underside of the machine.

The front castor wheels provide great manoeuvrability however they can also be locked in place when straight lines are required.
