  • How Do I Find My Mowers Model / Serial Numbers To Order The Correct Parts?

    Description

    Knowing the exact make / model of your garden machinery will greatly improve your chances of finding the correct part using our website and the "Product Filter". Unfortunately in some cases, there may be several options which all fit your model and you will need to know your Serial / Article / Product Number {this varies depending on the manufacturer in question} or Year of Manufacture. All of this info can all be found on your machine. See our handy guide for help finding this info at the bottom of the page called Model / Serial / Product Numbers.

  • I Can't See My Make Of Mower Listed, Can GLC Still Help?

    Description

    With so many makes, models and brand names on the market, buying a new mower or any garden machinery can be a minefield! We only sell high quality equipment from leading UK suppliers which have full aftersales service & spare parts availability. Unfortunately if your make of product is not listed on our website then sadly we do not have access to spare parts for that brand and we will not be able help. Try searching the brand name in particular on Google and asking the company directly who your closest agent is.

  • How Long Will My Order Take To Arrive?

    Description

    We stock a wide range of products from New Mowers to Spare Parts & Accessories. During the mowing season & certain weather patterns we experience extremely high order volumes however, we endeavour to get every order out as quickly and easily as possible. During this time certain line items may go in/out of stock; not just with us but also with the manufacturers. Please check the stock level on the item/s you are ordering which will provide a good ETA. In Stock items delivered to UK Mainland addresses should be received within 1-3 days, 5-7 days if in stock at the manufacturer. If you have not received your order in this time frame please contact us on the form below for an up to date ETA.
