I emailed GLC in desperation trying to locate which blade I needed for my lightweight cordless (discontinued!) Mountfield lawn mower. Trevor replied immediately, asked a few questions and was able to tell me what I needed. Although not stocked he was able to give me a price and take an order over the phone for delivery to my home. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding service and true professionalism. We bought a lawn mower from GLC and took it straight to a job the very same day. Unfortunately, after a short time it stopped working. We returned to the shop with only 10 minutes left before closing. Instead of asking us to come back another day, the team immediately got to work. They stayed around 40 minutes after closing to make sure the mower was fully repaired and tested, so we could get back to our customer and finish the job that evening. That level of customer service is hard to find these days. They genuinely care about their customers and understand how important reliable equipment is when it’s your livelihood. Because of this experience, when we needed more equipment for work the very next day, we didn’t hesitate for a second and went straight back to GLC.
